Martin Prachař

Martin became the CPO of Indorama Mobility Group in May 2019. His journey in Indorama Ventures started two years prior through the acquisition of Kordarna Plus based in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he has acted as CEO since 2004.

Martin has been professionally active in the automotive, tyre cord fabric and technical textiles industries for 18 years, the majority of which he spent managing a company of 700 employees with a turnover reaching 110 EUR million. On top of leading business strategy and development, budgeting or investment projects, Martin gained a strong experience in crisis management, having been in charge of drafting the reorganization plan and seeing through the due diligence process of the first successful case of insolvency in the Czech Republic. The business arena he has always felt the most comfortable in is the one focused on global customers. As a strong leader and good communicator, Martin concentrates primarily on business dialogue, revenues and business performance, as well as delivery of suitable financial solutions and business ideas to stakeholders.

Martin holds a Master degree from Masaryk University in Brno; he is a member of several professional associations such as the Czech Confederation of Industry, the Czech Association for Textile, Apparel and Leather Sector, or the Czech Management Association.
